Alan Dinsmoor's Contracting Service is a full service contracting business with experience in many of the building trades. These strong technical skills enable us to streamline our building and remodeling projects without the scheduling conflicts and additional costs typically involved with subcontracting out the various parts of a project. In fact, our experience means we're often able to shave as much as 50% off the time required for completion as compared to others who must subcontract. That efficiency translates directly to lower project costs and minimizes the disruptions to the home or business.

We do hire outside electricians and plumbers. These are highly specialized trades and require specific state and local licensing. However, because we have developed strong relationships with a number of carefully selected professionals, we're able to schedule such work more quickly, and pass the savings on to you.
